Team members work in a fast-paced environment that values continuous improvement, technical excellence, and collaboration.Role Description The Product Quality Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Fremont, CA. This position is responsible for overseeing product quality throughout the lifecycle, from design validation and prototyping through mass production and field performance. Day-to-day work includes defining and implementing quality plans, conducting root cause analysis, managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams. The Product Quality Engineer will review test data, track quality metrics, analyze failures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction. The role also involves supporting customer escalations, preparing quality reports, and ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and relevant industry requirements.Qualifications Strong foundation in Product Quality and Quality Management to oversee product lifecycle quality and drive continuous improvement.Hands-on experience with Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes for electronic or hardware products.Demonstrated Analytical Skills for data-driven problem solving, root cause analysis, and decision-making.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, 8D, SPC, DOE, control plans) is highly beneficial.Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test reports and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present findings to engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.Experience in server, data center, electronics, or related high-tech manufacturing environments is a plus.
