Recruiter II – High-Volume Sales Recruiting (Hybrid)We are seeking an experienced Recruiter II to support a fast-growing Small and Medium Business (SMB) Sales organization within a leading technology company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment and enjoys partnering closely with hiring leaders to drive hiring strategy and execution.Hybrid schedule – 3 days onsite per week in one of the following locations: Chicago, Atlanta, or San FranciscoContract Length: 6-month contract with potential extensionAbout the RoleIn this role, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle for high-volume sales hiring while partnering with sourcing teams, recruiting coordinators, and business leaders to build strong talent pipelines. You will work in a highly dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly, requiring strong adaptability, organization, and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for SMB and GTM sales rolesPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruiting strategiesLead pipeline reviews and forecasting discussions with stakeholdersCollaborate with sourcing teams to drive candidate pipelines across multiple openingsConduct competency-based interviews and candidate evaluationsEnsure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring processPartner closely with recruiting coordinators to resolve scheduling challenges quicklyBuild and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders and cross-functional partnersSource and engage passive candidates from competitive talent marketsManage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentRequired Qualifications4+ years of recruiting experience in agency and/or corporate environmentsExperience recruiting within high-volume sales, GTM, or fast-paced tech organizationsStrong client management and stakeholder partnership experienceExperience with profile calibration, pipeline management, and competency-based interviewingAbility to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly changing environmentsStrong sourcing and passive candidate engagement skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesExperience using ATS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office toolsAbility to work onsite 3 days per weekPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting for SaaS or technology sales organizationsExperience supporting SMB sales hiring within a high-growth environment
