Corporate M&A Attorney (Mid-Senior Level)
Ice Miller seeks a mid-senior level M&A associate attorney to join our business practice group in Cleveland. Ideal candidates will have four (4) to eight (8) years of experience.About the Role: In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of transactional and general corporate work. Candidates should have broad-based M&A and corporate experience and significant experience drafting and reviewing a wide variety of corporate documents.
