Accounting Manager

Controller – ConstructionGrowing Construction and Architecture firm company is seeking an experienced Controller to lead its accounting and financial operations. This role oversees financial reporting, job cost accounting, WIP, cash flow, and internal controls across multiple active projects.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations and monthly closeOversee job cost accounting, WIP, percentage-of-completion, and AIA billingPartner with project teams to monitor costs, margins, and project performanceManage cash flow, lender and surety reporting, audits, and complianceLead and develop the accounting team; improve systems and processesQualifications:Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred7+ years of accounting experience, with strong construction backgroundDeep knowledge of job costing, WIP, and construction billingExperience with lenders, bonding, and GAAP financial reporting
