This role will be responsible for managing an inventory program that supports a large-scale rewards platform, ensuring merchandise is properly planned, stocked, and fulfilled to support redemption activity.\r\nThis Program Coordinator will support inventory planning, vendor coordination, fulfillment operations, and program reporting while working closely with internal teams, vendors, and fulfillment partners to ensure the program operates smoothly.\r\nThe role will also support special kitting and project-based fulfillment initiatives that require coordinating ad-hoc merchandise purchases and shipments to the warehouse for assembly and distribution.\r\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting complex operational programs that require coordination across multiple teams and systems.\r\nEssential Functions\r\nInventory Program Management\r\nOwn the inventory program supporting a large-scale rewards platform and ensure redemption merchandise is properly planned and available.\r\nForecast inventory needs based on historical redemption trends and program seasonality.\r\nMonitor inventory levels stored at the warehouse and ensure adequate stock is available for redemption activity.\r\nReview low inventory alerts and redemption velocity to identify replenishment needs.\r\nCoordinate inventory counts and reconciliation with fulfillment partners.\r\nPlan seasonal inventory builds ahead of peak program periods.\r\nManage replenishment orders with suppliers to maintain inventory availability.\r\nConfirm inbound inventory deliveries and validate inventory accuracy.\r\nFulfillment Partner Coordination\r\nCoordinate inventory storage and receipt of merchandise at the warehouse.\r\nMonitor fulfillment performance and ensure orders are shipped according to program expectations.\r\nWork closely with fulfillment partners to resolve shipping issues or delays.\r\nEnsure orders flow properly through the fulfillment process.\r\nEscalate operational issues that could impact end-user experience.\r\nKitting & Special Projects\r\nManage kitting projects that require multiple items to be assembled and shipped together.\r\nCoordinate purchasing of ad-hoc items required for kitting initiatives.\r\nArrange shipment of project merchandise to the warehouse for assembly and fulfillment.\r\nDefine packaging requirements and kit contents with internal teams and vendors.\r\nTrack project timelines to ensure items are ready before deadlines.\r\nProgram Reporting & Analysis\r\nGenerate regular program reports related to redemption activity and inventory performance.\r\nAnalyze merchandise redemption trends and inventory utilization.\r\nCompile operational reports for internal leadership and stakeholders.\r\nMonitor program performance and identify opportunities to improve inventory planning.\r\nMaintain accurate program documentation and reporting dashboards.\r\nOperational Coordination\r\nWork closely with program leadership and operations teams to ensure smooth program execution.\r\nCoordinate with suppliers regarding production timelines and order status.\r\nAssist with troubleshooting order or inventory issues when they arise.\r\nMaintain clear documentation of program workflows and operational processes.\r\nJob Specifications\r\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\r\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.\r\nExperience coordinating vendors, inventory, and fulfillment operations.\r\nAbility to analyze data and produce meaningful operational reports.\r\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\r\nAbility to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams.\r\nPreferred Experience\r\nExperience in promotional products, branded merchandise, or a related industry.\r\nExperience managing inventory programs or e-commerce fulfillment operations.\r\nFamiliarity with warehouse fulfillment processes and kitting projects.\r\nExperience working with reporting tools and operational data analysis.\r\nOther Specifications\r\nPosition may be remote with preference given to candidates within driving distance of Boundless locations.\r\nSome travel may be required based on program needs.\r\nBenefits & Perks:\r\nMedical, dental and vision insurance\r\nPaid time off\r\n401(k) with matching\r\nCool swag!\r\nBoundless is Your Merch Media Agency, where creative ideas meet results-driven execution.
