This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\n\nUnloader Operations\nReceive and unload 100-ton railcars of raw materials on designated rail tracks.\nOperate mobile equipment, including:\nTrackmobile\nForklift\nFront-end loader\nSkid steer\nTransfer raw materials into the appropriate storage tanks.\nMonitor and document raw material inventories and production metrics during each shift.\nAssist with railcar switching operations and maintain clean, organized rail areas by following 5S practices.\nFollow Leader Standard Work (LSW) requirements and complete daily, weekly, and monthly inspections.\nMaintain and update railcar tracking and operational metrics.\nMonitor coal milling operations and make process adjustments as required.\nBlender Operations\nLead blending activities by following customer specifications to produce accurate product formulations.\nManage the blending process from work-in-process (WIP) through finished product storage tanks.\nAdd required additives according to established mixing procedures.\nProduce Additrol™ bonded products for the metal casting industry while meeting quality and manufacturing standards.\nSupport plant operations in achieving world-class performance, beginning with a strong focus on safety.\nExecute all blending jobs according to customer and manufacturing specifications.\nFollow Leader Standard Work (LSW) procedures to ensure successful completion of production activities.\nCoordinate with dispatch personnel and transportation carriers regarding inbound and outbound shipments.\nAssist with maintenance activities as needed.\nPerform housekeeping and cleanup duties to maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nAssist with plant-wide cleanup and housekeeping activities.\nSupport maintenance projects as assigned.\nPerform clerical and administrative tasks as needed.\nComplete all other duties assigned by plant leadership.\nQualifications:\nQualifications/Requirements-\nMust be very safety orientated for themselves and others.
