If you take pride in providing safe, reliable transportation and delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Bus Driver / Shuttle Driver, you'll play a critical role in safely transporting employees between designated locations while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and client safety requirements.ResponsibilitiesSafely transport employees and passengers to and from designated client facilitiesOperate company buses and shuttle vehicles in a safe and professional mannerFollow established routes and schedules while maintaining on-time performanceConduct and document pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsIdentify and report mechanical issues, safety concerns, or vehicle deficienciesEnsure vehicles remain fueled, clean, and ready for operationMaintain accurate transportation logs and required DOT documentationFollow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, company policies, and client requirementsMaintain a professional, customer-focused environment for passengersRespond appropriately to emergencies and incidents while following established proceduresKeep assigned vehicles clean and presentable, including windows, seating areas, floors, and driver compartmentsAccurately document arrival and departure times as requiredAssist with additional transportation-related duties as assignedRequired QualificationsValid CDL with Passenger (P) EndorsementCurrent DOT Medical Examiner's CertificateClean driving record that meets company standardsAbility to pass background screening, MVR review, drug screening, and any client-required screeningsStrong commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalismAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionReliable attendance and punctualityPreferredPrevious experience as a Bus Driver, Shuttle Driver, Transportation Driver, Motor Coach Driver, or Commercial DriverExperience transporting employees, passengers, or crews in industrial, construction, mining, energy, manufacturing, or commercial environmentsFamiliarity with DOT compliance requirements and vehicle inspection proceduresWork EnvironmentLocal driving routes throughout the Eagle Mountain areaIndustrial facilities, highways, and residential roadwaysExposure to varying weather conditionsFrequent entering and exiting of commercial passenger vehiclesLight cleaning and vehicle upkeep responsibilities Additional Information This is a local position based in Eagle Mountain, Utah.
