The individual serves as the primary interface with the Government and ensures all technical solutions meet business requirements, security standards, and schedule commitments.\n\n*This position is contingent upon contract award.*\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nServe as the primary point of contact between the Government and contractor team.\nProvide overall project management, technical leadership, and contract oversight.\nLead Agile planning activities, sprint execution, backlog management, and status reporting.\nManage SharePoint administration, configuration management, release management, and software deployment activities.\nLead the design, development, enhancement, testing, and maintenance of SharePoint-based business applications utilizing HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.\nTranslate business requirements into technical designs, application architecture, and implementation plans.\nOversee software development lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, design reviews, unit testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment.\nEnsure complete traceability between business requirements, system design, development tasks, testing, and production releases.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, system documentation, user guides, and configuration documentation.\nCoordinate defect management, change requests, bug fixes, and enhancement activities while minimizing operational disruption.\nIdentify technical, schedule, and program risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain contract performance.\nMonitor performance metrics, quality objectives, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with contract requirements.\nMentor development staff and provide technical guidance to ensure consistent implementation of best practices and coding standards.\n\nQualifications:\n\nDemonstrated experience leading application development projects utilizing Agile methodologies.\nExtensive experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions.\nExperience developing applications utilizing HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.\nExperience managing software releases, configuration management, and change management processes.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), requirements management, quality assurance, and technical documentation.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with experience briefing Government stakeholders.\nAbility to lead cross-functional technical teams while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic customer environment.\nYears of Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in software application development, systems analysis, and technical leadership.\nEducation Level: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.\nClearance Requirements: Ability to obtain and maintain the required Government suitability/Public Trust determination.\nCertification Requirements: None required.\nPreferred certifications include:\nMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert\nMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate\nMicrosoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert\nCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)\nProject Management Professional (PMP)\nAny other work-related qualifications needed for the role:\nExperience supporting Federal Government Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.\nExperience managing SharePoint Online modernization initiatives.\nExperience with Agile project management, Azure DevOps or similar work management tools.\nKnowledge of configuration management, release management, and software quality assurance processes.\nFamiliarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements and Federal information security practices.\nDemonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage customer relationships, and deliver complex IT projects within established schedules.\n\nSalary Range: $101,821 to $156,428\n\nThe compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Diné Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws.
