The Therapist will provide individual and group therapy sessions, develop personalized treatment plans, and maintain accurate patient records. They will also engage in case consultations, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and deliver compassionate care to support the mental and emotional well-being of clients. Additionally, the Therapist may conduct assessments and participate in ongoing professional development to ensure adherence to best practices in therapy. Qualifications Ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapyStrong communication, listening, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in maintaining patient records and adhering to confidentiality regulationsExperience working with diverse populations and tailoring approaches to meet individual needsLicensed or certified in counseling, psychotherapy, social work, or a related fieldMaster's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related fieldExperience in trauma-informed care or crisis intervention is a plus
