This role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sources and screens qualified candidates, and delivers a compliant, timely, and professional hiring process that supports patient care and operational continuity.\r\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, credentials, and hiring timelines; maintain accurate job postings across the ATS and external boards.\r\nSource and build candidate pipelines for high-turnover and hard-to-fill clinical roles through job boards, schools, professional associations, referrals, and direct outreach.\r\nScreen applications, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates for qualifications, licensure, and organizational fit.\r\nCoordinate interviews and support hiring managers with structured interview guides and evaluation criteria.\r\nVerify licenses and certifications through primary source verification; coordinate reference checks, background screening, and pre-employment health requirements.\r\nPrepare and extend offers within approved wage ranges, ensuring alignment with applicable collective bargaining agreements, wage scales, and differentials.\r\nTransition new hires to onboarding; track completion of I-9, new-hire documentation, and orientation scheduling.\r\nMaintain complete and auditable recruiting records; ensure compliance with EEO, FEHA, ban-the-box, pay transparency, and applicable federal and state hiring laws.\r\nTrack and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and open requisition status.\r\nRepresent the organization at job fairs, campus events, and community hiring events; \"mandating mandatory mandatory mandatory\"?
