We foster an environment that empowers small teams to set the technical direction of our solutions collaboratively.\n\nYour Impact:\nBuild a deep understanding of our Resident segment enabling you and your team to truly own the growth strategy.\nMaintain our ongoing business segments, including our brokerage offerings.\nBecome a master of your software engineering craft, and work with other software engineers who are smart enough to teach you, and humble enough to learn from you.\nDevelop scalable, robust, and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems for our customers.\nImplement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum scalability, stability, and performance.\nUse test-driven development, code reviews, and continuous integration to deliver high-quality software and rapidly fix bugs as they come up.\nWork closely with, and incorporate feedback from other engineering team members, QE, product owners, and our APM customers.\nLeverage agile practices to release small batches of value to customers continuously. – test-driven development, pair programming, live code review, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.\n\nYou know you’re the right fit if…\n2 - 4 years of experience developing web-based applications, preferably in a SaaS environment.\nProven experience designing complex data models that fit into business requirements.\nProven experience developing web applications, preferably in an agile SaaS environment.\nYou’ve have experience working with Python and have experience or understand Django.
