After successful completion, graduates transition into a permanent, full-time role as a Fiber Installer at a Meta Data Center.Note applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship (including H-1B or STEM OPT) now or in the future.What You’ll Do (and Learn to Do)During training—and once you’re on the job—you’ll build the skills to:  Install, test, terminate, label, and document fiber optic cabling  Pull low-voltage cables through conduits, ceilings, and pathways (ISP/OSP)  Interpret floor plans, port maps, and telecom drawings to execute work accurately  Install ladder rack, fiber troughs, seismic bracing, and grounding systems  Patch, label, and barcode network equipment with precision and consistency  Work safely every day while learning alongside experienced techniciansNo experience?
