Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician, located in San Francisco, CA. The Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of infrastructure and security systems. Day-to-day tasks include configuring surveillance and access control systems, managing IT infrastructures such as networks and cabling, and integrating diverse technology solutions. The Technician will work closely with teams and clients to ensure systems are operating as intended and meet project-specific requirements. Qualifications Proficiency in installing and maintaining surveillance systems, access control systems, and security technologiesKnowledge of IT infrastructure, including network setup, cabling, and troubleshootingAbility to integrate and manage technical systems for seamless operationStrong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skillsEffective communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a teamExperience in handling tools, equipment, and technology relevant to system installationsAttention to detail and commitment to safety standards and protocolsRelevant certifications (e.g., networking, security systems) and prior on-site experience are a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred
