This role is responsible for managing events from concept through execution, ensuring each experience aligns with the organization’s values, business objectives, and brand identity.\n\nReporting to the Director, STACK Experience, the Events Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver impactful events that advance business growth, strengthen client engagement, and reinforce company culture.\n\nThis role requires strong communication, project management, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nLead the planning and execution of departmental events, executive meetings, conferences, and internal programs\nPartner closely with leadership, marketing, and project teams to define event goals, scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables\nCoordinate with vendors, venues, caterers, production teams, and external partners to ensure seamless event execution\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and service excellence\nDevelop and manage event budgets and track expenses against established business objectives\nIdentify risks, troubleshoot issues proactively, and implement solutions to ensure successful outcomes\nCoordinate logistics including travel, scheduling, registration, shipping, materials, and onsite support\nGather feedback and post-event metrics to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement\nMaintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders across different geographic regions\nSupport the development of innovative event concepts and engagement opportunities that enhance the STACK brand experience\nDemonstrate ownership, accountability, and proactive follow-through on all assigned projects\nManage the development, ordering, inventory, and distribution of branded materials, signage, swag, and event collateral to ensure consistent brand representation across all events and programs.\n\nTHE DETAILS:\n\nLocation: Denver, CO\nOnsite/WFH Expectations: in office 3 days/wk\nTravel: Moderate travel required based on event schedule/need\nMust be eligible to work in the United States\nMust pass comprehensive background screening\n\nMUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:\n\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.\n5+ years related work experience\nProven experience planning and executing corporate events, conferences, or client-facing programs\nExperience managing budgets, vendors, timelines, and logistics\nProfessional-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Asana\nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills\nExcellent customer service and stakeholder management capabilities\nAbility to work independently while collaborating across teams and departments\nCompensation Range:\n$115,540.00 - $128,260.00\nTHIS MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF:\nYou are a strong communicator, you are persuasive and clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making.\nYou do not get flustered easily.
