Mid-Level Customer Service Representative

As part of our Customer service team, our Mid-Level Customer Service Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer experience on our products.Are you a focused, driven, and roll-up-your-sleeves person who is looking to be part of a team? We want you!Under this role you will:Be responsible for processing and entering purchase orders and accurately. This may include entering Federal/State contract purchase orders when necessary,Provide quotes to our customers when requested,Run necessary Order Entry reports as required,Handle incoming customer service calls/emails as required,Alert both IT and Manager with all system errors, pricing errors, engineering errors, etc. to avoid product holds on incoming orders,Assist in parts, samples and warranty entries, literature fulfillment and other administrative duties to improve performance to the customer,Clarify open issues such as pricing and missing/unclear order information,Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Strong Data Entry skillsOut-Side-The-Box thinkingAble to learn to use ERP system (i.e., our company computer software)Detail-Oriented/Takes Initiative/EfficientStrong People SkillsMust be able to type with speed and accuracyProficient in 10key for data entryDemonstrated ability to work within teams & with different personalitiesMust be punctual, with dependable transportationAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentHigh degree of follow-throughRequirements:High School Diploma; Experience may be substituted for educationMinimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in data entryExcellent Written/Verbal SkillsExperienced with MS Office, especially with Excel, Word and OutlookDetails:Job Type: Full Time (40+ hours a week)One location: Ontario, CATypical workday: 8:30a to 5:00p, M-FPay Rate $20.00 – $23.00 Compensation may vary commensurate with experience.Benefits:Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance401k401k MatchingSick LeaveVacation timePaid Holidays
