Your success is not just a professional goal; it's our shared commitment.Summary The Event Manager is responsible for owning the management and delivery of assigned events projects and/or focus areas for virtual or in-person events. This role supports the Michelin account and requires working onsite in Greenville, SC, at the client location, 3 days per week.Scope of WorkThe Event Manager will be expected to effectively plan and organize work, have strong interpersonal communication skills, collaborate well with others, and deliver consistent results. Ownership of all project delivery elements, utilizing standard processes and procedures to achieve client satisfactionManage timelines and logistical elements per projectParticipate in internal and external team meetings/calls with key stakeholdersDevelop and distribute communicationsManage event registration processProactively escalate potential client or project issues to management and account team for timely resolutionProvide project feedback to all client stakeholders through summary and distribution of project debrief notesCollaborate with supplier partners and internal support areasNavigate within technology platforms and data sharing toolsOversee appropriate reporting and accurate dataFinancial accountability and budget management for assigned projectsPerform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, And Abilities4-year degree or equivalent 3+ years of Event Management experience in the following categories: meetings, conferences, tradeshows, and incentivesComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteProven ability in project management & financial aptitudeAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamExcellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenPossible travel for client meetings, site inspections and/or onsite for assigned projectsMaximum Base Pay80,000.00 USD
