Flexial is an EOE and Drug Free Workplace.Summary “Rapidly Growing Employee-Owned Company”Quality Analyst is a quality team member who supports the configuration audit of open jobs, compiling of customer documentation packages, and supplier control activities. They have above average administrative, organizational, and computer skills with experience in such tools as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Acrobat and have the ability to become proficient in navigating Epicor. They can perform intermediate mathematical calculations and are astute at identifying defects with both product and paperwork. They can work independently and efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (90%) Research open jobs to determine accuracy and completeness of transactions, material issuances, lot traceability and quantity. Work with team leaders to resolve issues in a timely manner. Research quality requirements in FlexNet to determine required content of customer documentation packages, compile required documentation, and deliver completed packages for delivery to customer with shipments. Review and approve accuracy of material certifications, inspection reports, FAI’s, special process records, and all other required documents and records for completion of document packages prior to submittal to the customer. Ability to work ahead, work quickly and multitask while under pressure to meet daily deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. Create and process first article inspection reports (AS9102) as required. Must be able to communicate, get along and work well with other employees. Being at work every day and coming to work on-time is required. Establish and maintain a safe working environment in accordance with company policy. Maintain a clean and functional work area. Ability to pass an annual eye exam per QP400.OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS (10%)  Oversee and manage material sample collection for customer shipments and third-party verification testing. Perform aided and unaided visual inspection to identify defects. Serve as liaison with customers and external auditors as needed. Create and process nonconformance reports as required. Assist with corrective action activities. Monitor supplier certifications and contact suppliers and their registrars to obtain updated certification information. Serve as an internal auditor for yearly internal quality management system audit and monthly process audits as needed. Any other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.QualificationsIn order to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints from manufacturing personnel. Ability to write reports or procedures; and effectively present information to management, customers, vendors and employees.Mathematical SkillsAbility to apply mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, angles, ratios, significant digits, rounding, scientific notation, Cartesian coordinates, area, volume, English to metric unit conversion, and temperature conversion.REASONING ABILITY Ability to work with principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to walk; sit, talk and hear, stand, use hands; reach with hands and arms and climb or balance. Physical requirements are the ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously, 50 pounds occasionally, or up to 100 pounds, with assistance. Vision requirements include ability to adjust focus, depth perception, peripheral, distance, color and close vision. Ability to pass annual Vision Test is required.Computer Skills Must possess above average computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, to include Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook. Experience with ERP/MRP (SAP, Oracle, Epicor) systems preferred but not required Ability to type 60+ WPM preferred.
