This is a chance to make a significant impact at a company that is shaping the future of AI and data management.\n\nOur commitment to innovation, customer success, and market leadership makes this an exciting and rewarding role for a driven professional looking to make a lasting impact in the world of AI and data storage.\nJob Description:\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage a team of 4-6 DevOps engineers\nWork closely with the development teams to support CI/CD pipelines, implement best practices, and quickly address incoming requests.\nManage and operate extensive scale-out storage systems that support GPU supercomputing clusters.\nImplement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.\nEnhance development as well as deployment pipelines for efficient, secure service delivery.\nCollaborate on both on-premise and cloud infrastructure.\nDevelop and enforce security best practices for internal and external environments.\nTech Stack:\nKubernetes\nAnsible\nPulumi\nGolang and Python\nIdeal Candidate Profile:\nProficient in writing scalable and highly available containerized applications using Golang\nExperienced in managing compute fleets using Pulumi, Terraform, Ansible, or similar stateful automation tools.\nStrong understanding of IaC best practices and deployment pipeline enhancements.\nFamiliar with security best practices for both internal researchers and live external traffic.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHands-on experience with large-scale storage systems.\nExpertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration.\nKnowledge of modern security practices and protocols.\nDDN:\nOur team is highly motivated and focused on engineering excellence.\nWe look for individuals who appreciate challenging themselves and thrive on curiosity.\nEngineers are encouraged to work across multiple areas of the company.\nWe operate with a flat organizational structure.\nAll employees are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company’s mission.\nLeadership is given to those who show initiative and consistently deliver excellence.
