We don't expect this to be a \"Road Warrior\" type of position and that you'll launch from and return home most days.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nWe’re seeking a CNC machining enthusiast who thrives on learning, innovating, and helping customers improve how they manufacture their products.\n\nKey Qualifications:\n\nAbility to train, mentor and guide others\nStrong understanding of process cycle times and machining capabilities\nProficiency with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, or similar\nStrong experience with CAM software such as Mastercam, GibbsCAM, ESPRIT, or equivalent\nHands-on expertise in milling and/or turning; ideally experience with 5-axis milling and or milturns - or the desire and ability to learn these skill sets\n\nOur Mission: Equip manufacturers to compete and win, both locally and globally!\n\n“The Ellison Way principles continue to drive our company forward.
