The Brookmere Hotel is a newly opened luxury property in the heart of Saratoga Springs, known for its timeless elegance, modern amenities, and exceptional guest experiences.Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations at The Brookmere Hotel. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record in luxury or upper-upscale hospitality, able to inspire a culture of excellence, drive operational success, and deliver memorable guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership across all hotel departments, ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency.Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards of quality and service.Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals.Collaborate with ownership and corporate leadership on long-term planning, budgets, and business objectives.Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and labor regulations.Represent the hotel in the Saratoga Springs community, building strong partnerships and fostering local engagement.Qualifications:Minimum 7–10 years of progressive hotel leadership experience, with at least 3 years as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a luxury or upper-upscale property.Proven success in driving financial performance, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.Strong knowledge of hotel operations including Rooms, F&B, Sales & Marketing, and Finance.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive hospitality market.Benefits:Competitive salary: $150,000 – $160,000 annuallyPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off, holidays, and wellness benefitsRelocation assistance (if applicable)Growth opportunities within the hotel groupSeniority level: ExecutiveEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Hospitality #J-18808-Ljbffr
