ARS employees are motivated through our industry competitive benefits package, our awards and recognition program, and personalized attention from ARS Senior Managers.\nResponsibilities include:\nApply DoD acquisition processes and analytical methods to improve acquisition effectiveness and compliance\nDevelop and draft acquisition documentation including requirements, plans, and strategies\nSupport key acquisition events including System Requirements Reviews, Design Reviews, and Configuration Audits\nEstablish and maintain program databases and develop/analyze key program metrics\nDevelop and integrate risk management plans and strategies\nTrack technical metrics and report program status to leadership\nPerform analyses to support program strategy decisions and courses of action\nSupport requirements document development through the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process\nTranslate user requirements into Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation\nSupport capability planning processes and Capability Review and Risk Assessment (CRRA)\nPromote the use of Modeling, Simulation & Analysis throughout the acquisition lifecycle\nIntegrate intelligence information to ensure cross-enterprise capabilities planning\nPrepare Data Item Descriptions (DIDs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and respond to data calls\nDevelop technical data and inputs for milestone approval packages\nCoordinate and participate in integrated program reviews and conferences\nTrack appropriation and allocation of funds to ensure efficient execution\nDevelop, analyze, report, and maintain program schedules and metrics\nApply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to evaluate program health\nInterface with external organizations including headquarters, major commands, and test agencies\nSupport Director's Action Group processes including Execution Reviews and acquisition reports\nParticipate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Process Improvement Working Groups\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:\nMust be a US citizen\nAdvanced Degree (MA/MS) with 12+ years of experience in program management, including 5+ years in DoD; OR Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) with 15+ years of experience in program management, including 5+ years in DoD\nPossess TS/SCI clearance.\nStrong knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and regulations\nExperience with program scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project\nAbility to analyze and communicate complex program information effectively\nFamiliarity with Earned Value Management principles\nAll positions at Applied Research Solutions are subject to background investigations.
