Key Responsibilities Lead the statistical design, planning, and analysis of studies, ensuring studies meet scientific, clinical, and regulatory standards. Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing biostatistics team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional growth within a fast-paced biotech environment. Oversee the development of clinical evidence packages supporting peer-reviewed publications, regulatory submissions, and inclusion in clinical guidelines. Establish and enforce best practices for statistical programming, data validation, and analytical rigor to ensure consistency and compliance across projects. Define long-term biostatistics strategy, aligning departmental goals with corporate objectives in oncology, diagnostics, and precision medicine.
