This role supports daily field execution, production optimization, and operational excellence while working closely with operations leadership, engineering, and field teams.\r\nThis is a long term contract opportunity for a senior field professional who values safety, accountability, and strong operational performance.\r\nKey ResponsibilitiesLead and ensure safe and efficient well site and intervention operations\r\nChampion Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance and performance\r\nEnsure adherence to company policies and applicable regulatory requirements\r\nWork closely with the Operations Leader to direct field personnel and daily activities\r\nCollaborate with engineering and optimization teams to improve production performance and operating efficiency\r\nSupport production tracking, operating expense monitoring, and budgeting\r\nCoordinate with Facilities Engineers to ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently\r\nInterface with third party operators and service providers\r\nSupport major and minor turnarounds, facility startups, and commissioning activities\r\nProvide mentorship, technical guidance, and leadership to field personnel\r\nParticipate in employee assessments and performance reviews\r\nAssist with staff scheduling and coverage planning\r\nPerform relief duties for the Operations Leader as requiredRequired Qualifications15+ years of oil and gas field operations experience\r\nProven experience supervising well site, intervention, or production operations\r\nStrong working knowledge of HSE standards and regulatory compliance\r\nExperience overseeing multi discipline field teams\r\nAbility to support operational planning, cost control, and optimization efforts\r\nStrong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills\r\nAbility to work 12 hour shifts on a 5/2 schedule\r\nMust be willing to use a personal vehicle for work related travelCompensation & Work DetailsHourly Pay:$55$60 (based on experience)\r\nPer Diem:$400 per day\r\nMileage:IRS standard mileage reimbursement (personal vehicle required)\r\nSchedule:5 days on / 2 days off | 12 hour days\r\nContract:12 month contract to start, with potential for extensionAdditional Pay:Per Diem : $400/dayMileage During Hitch : IRS Rates - Must utilize your personal vehicle and get mileage reimbursementEducation:HS Diploma or Equiv required, and 15+ year's experience in Well Site Operations/Intervention\r\nSchedule:5 Days On/2 Days Off (12Hr Days)\r\nPay Range:The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
