The Mette is an elevated cocktail and wine bar opening in the heart of Wilmette, focused on exceptional hospitality, curated beverages, and a thoughtfully executed food program. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager to help lead our kitchen operations and build a strong culinary culture from the ground up. Position OverviewThe Kitchen Manager will oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring consistency, cleanliness, efficiency, and high-quality food execution. This individual will play a key leadership role in managing kitchen staff, maintaining standards, controlling inventory and costs, and supporting the overall guest experience.
