Aviation Stakeholder Manager

A company is looking for an Aviation Stakeholder Manager. Key Responsibilities Establish trusted relationships with frontline aviation stakeholders to inform organizational change management activities Design and support stakeholder engagement activities to address workforce concerns and improve adoption readiness Translate frontline operational insights into actionable strategies that enhance communication and accelerate adoption across the aviation workforce Required Qualifications Ability to obtain Public Trust (U.S. Citizen) Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience, including 5 years of controller experience Familiarity with fundamental aviation frameworks and processes, including Aviation Safety Management System (SMS) Experience in stakeholder engagement, particularly in unionized or labor-partnered settings
