Develop and review technical designs, interface specifications, and migration documentation. Coordinate with business stakeholders, PMO, infrastructure, application teams, and third-party vendors. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and oversight to developers and integration engineers. Monitor integration performance and implement improvements to stability and scalability. Support change management, release planning, and deployment activities. Identify technical risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans. Ensure successful knowledge transfer and operational readiness for post-go-live support. Serve as the technical escalation point for integration and migration issues. Provide executive-level status updates and recommendations on integration and cutover readiness. Drive successful delivery of Maximo integration objectives while minimizing operational risk during the M&A transition.
