Job Description POSITION TITLE: REPORTS TO: Check all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description.Customer Service AdminCustomer Service TeamSUMMARY: Works as receptionist as well as the liaison between the Sales, Customers, Design, Production, Shipping & Planning functions, and is directly responsible for credit status review, order entry, production expediting and delivery schedules. Involves precise follow-up and ability to troubleshoot unexpected problems by coordinating efforts among all related departments to ensure complete customer satisfaction.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:• Managing a multi-line phone system to answer, screen, and redirect calls promptly• Welcome visitors and create a positive first impression• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office• Coordinates customer requirements to include order entry, shipping, inventory management.• Maintains constant communication internally & externally with all involved parties• Displays basic understanding of plant processes/product flow and impact on customer requests• Services an average workload for the department.• Participates in a team environment, ensuring proper service to customers at all times• Utilizes IT systems proficiently as well as office productivity software.SCOPE• Accurate handling and control of orders.• Effective communication with multiple functions to assist in achieving team and facility goals &objectives.• Generally considered a principal customer contact.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE• BS/BA, working towards BS/BA or comparable related business experienceKEY QUALITIES AND STRENGTHS:• Positive, can-do attitude• Multi-tasker• Service/help oriented• Action oriented• Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening skills• Functional/Technical skills (basic computer skills, i.e. Excel, Word) Company DescriptionC.L Rabb is an agile and quickly growing company.
