From strategy to fulfillment to managed services, our engineering-centric solutions enable our clients to realize what it means for technology to do more.\n\nAs a Financial Analyst, you will support senior accounting management by providing financial reports, analyses and other financial research, documents and artifacts, as needed.\n\nYour Impact\nThe Essential Functions Of This Position Include\n\nPrepare the tie-out binder for the Form 10Q and Form 10K\n\nPrepare the quarterly and annual task lists\n\nPrepare quarterly and annual GAAP and SEC compliance checklists\n\nReview segment-level financial analyses and prepare the quarterly consolidated fluctuation analysis\n\nPrepare the monthly and quarterly summaries for the CFO and Board of Directors\n\nPrepare region-level analyses for field RVP and upper management consumption\n\nPrepare and design financial spreadsheets and provide ad hoc financial and operational analyses\n\nPerform regular analysis on various general ledger accounts and transactions\n\nAssist with/coordinate the preparation of our quarterly (Form 10Q) and annual reports (Form 10K) filed with the SEC and our quarterly earnings releases\n\nAssist with the preparation of schedules, analyses, and other documents to support specific amounts disclosed in our financial statements, MD&A and elsewhere in the Forms 10Q and 10K\n\nAssist with annual budget preparation and prepare monthly budget versus actual analysis\n\nAssist with internal and external audits\n\nAssist with special projects and other ad hoc requests\n\nYour Corporate Responsibilities\n\nHandle confidential matters and information professionally\n\nConduct business in a professional, competent and ethical manner\n\nAdhere to corporate policies and procedures\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelors Degree in Accounting\n\n3-5 years of relevant work experience\n\nSolid knowledge of general financial accounting, budgeting, analysis and financial reporting including related information systems and support tools\n\nStrong analytical skills\n\nStrong written and oral communication skills\n\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word\n\nGood familiarity with database management tools, data extracts, queries and report writing\n\nPosition Specifics\nThe initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $70,000 and $90,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.\n\nePlus offers a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, employee stock purchase program and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered.
