Position Type Student Support Services Date Posted 3/18/2026 Location District Closing Date Until Filled   Additional Information: Show/Hide Date: March 18, 2026 From: Office of the Superintendent Subject: Vacancy Position: Supervisor of Educational Technology & Innovation Pennsauken Public Schools is an urban/suburban Pre-K to 12th grade school district of approximately 5,000 students located in Camden County, New Jersey Responsibilities Instructional Technology Leadership Develop and implement a district Educational Technology Plan aligned to NJSLS and district strategic priorities. Support integration of instructional platforms (e.g., LinkIt, Age of Learning, assessment systems). Ensure technology enhances rigor, discourse, and student ownership not passive engagement. Professional Development Design and deliver PD on effective technology integration aligned to Danielson Domain 3. Support principals in monitoring technology use through Tier 1 look-fors. Provide coaching on formative assessment tools and blended learning strategies. Systems & Infrastructure Collaborate with IT to ensure device management, cybersecurity, and digital safety compliance. Oversee district LMS, data dashboards, and instructional software contracts. Monitor appropriate use policies and digital citizenship implementation. Data & Innovation Analyze usage data to evaluate instructional impact of technology platforms. Recommend tools that strengthen cognitive demand and real-time assessment. Support innovation initiatives (e.g., STEM, Apple leadership frameworks). Compliance & Equity Ensure equitable access to devices and digital resources. Align with NJDOE digital learning mandates and remote instruction requirements. NJDOE Standards Alignment NJSPL 4: Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment NJSPL 6: Professional Capacity NJSPL 9: Operations & Management NJSPL 10: School Improvement Qualifications NJDOE Supervisor Certificate; Educational Technology endorsement preferred. Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status. Terms: Terms and conditions determined by the Pennsauken Board of Education. 12-month position.
