This position requires an experienced leader capable of managing geographically dispersed personnel, coordinating complex operational requirements, and supporting senior Government stakeholders in a dynamic environment.\nThe ideal candidate will possess extensive military staff experience, strong program management capabilities, and the ability to synchronize lessons learned activities across multiple locations while ensuring mission continuity and customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe Task Lead will:\nServe as the primary contractor representative and liaison with Government leadership and customer personnel.\nOversee execution of contract requirements while balancing cost, schedule, and performance objectives.\nManage day-to-day administration and operational oversight of assigned personnel and activities.\nCoordinate and synchronize Lessons Learned processes across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations.\nOversee quality assurance and quality control processes for reports, briefings, summaries, and analytical products.\nManage administrative requirements including:\nTravel coordination\nSecurity processing\nCountry clearances\nDeployment requirements\nPersonnel accountability\nDevelop executive-level briefings, monthly reports, and Lessons Learned summaries.\nAnalyze operational trends and organizational performance metrics to support leadership decision-making.\nSupport operational planning efforts, working groups, exercises, training events, and collaborative engagements.\nMaintain continuity resources, stakeholder coordination tools, and mission tracking systems.\nEnsure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and responsive support.\nUtilize Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to develop professional products and reports.\nMinimum Qualifications\nCandidates must possess:\nActive Top Secret Clearance\nMinimum 5 years of Program Management experience serving as a Task Lead on a DoD contract within the last 12 months\nMinimum 1 year of command experience as an O5\nMinimum:\n3 years staff experience at a Combatant Command-level headquarters\nOR\n5 years staff experience supporting operational-level commands\nMaster’s degree in:\nProgram Management\nBusiness\nNational Defense\nHomeland Security\nRelated field\nOR\nGraduate of a U.S. Military War College issuing a master’s certificate\nMinimum 1 year experience using classified and unclassified collaborative communication systems such as:\nMicrosoft Teams\nZoom\nSimilar virtual collaboration platforms\nDesired Qualifications\nPreferred candidates will possess:\nExperience supporting Lessons Learned programs or operational assessments\nPrior military operational staff experience\nExperience supporting operational planning, exercises, and organizational assessments\nStrong executive communication and briefing skills\nExperience leading multi-location teams\nStrong analytical and organizational leadership capabilities\nWork Environment\nFull-time onsite position located in Tampa, FL\nDomestic and international travel may be required\nPosition may require extended work hours in support of operational requirements\nWhy Join VxL\nAt VxL Enterprises, you will work alongside experienced professionals supporting complex government missions in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
