This role may support initiatives involving enterprise platforms, process optimization, and change adoption across a range of client environments.\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired:\n\nBachelor's degree\nMust be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret cle-arance for this role\n1+ year of experience supporting business process improvement, technology implementation, or transformation initiatives\n6+ months of experience with SAP\nExperience documenting business requirements, process flows, test scripts, or other project deliverables\nExperience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word in a business environment\nAbility to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.\n\nPreferred:\n\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA\nExperience supporting user acceptance testing, defect tracking, or deployment activities\nExperience with process mapping or requirements documentation tools\nExperience working on cross-functional project teams\nExperience in consulting, professional services, or client-facing project environments\n\nThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
