High Purity Water Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician Job Type: Full-Time Location: Greater Boston Area RODI Water is a growing company seeking a Field Service Technician who will be responsible for all service, troubleshooting and repairs of high purity water systems at our customer facilities. The selected individual will have a strong mechanical background and troubleshooting skills. On-the-job training will be provided for industry-specific tasks and responsibilities. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on high purity water systems including exchanging filters, UV lamps, water testing and system sanitizations Troubleshooting of high purity water systems Calibration of various meters and probes Cleaning and replacement of reverse osmosis membranes Exchanging DI and other media tanks Water testing Assisting in system installations and startups 24/7 on call rotation after completion of training Requirements Valid driver’s license with record in good standing A very strong mechanical background, with electrical experience a plus Experience with high purity water systems a plus Ability to prepare accurate and complete paperwork Must be able to communicate well with customers and co-workers Physical requirements include ability to bend, squat, walk with heavy equipment, climb ladders, and lift 80 pounds Some nights, weekends and holidays required as needed Some travel required as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: On the road
