Electrical Construction EstimatorWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for large-scale commercial construction projects. This role focuses on evaluating electrical systems from conceptual design through final bid across both design-build and plan/spec environments.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial electrical projects typically $5M+Analyze drawings and specifications to develop comprehensive and accurate pricingSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposalsCollaborate with preconstruction and operations teams throughout the pursuit processIdentify value engineering opportunities and potential project risksSupport bid strategy, scope alignment, and project handoffQualifications:5+ years of electrical estimating experience on commercial construction projectsStrong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, low voltage, and electrical systemsProficiency with estimating software and BluebeamBenefits:Competitive base salary with performance-based incentivesComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchVehicle allowance or company vehiclePTO and paid holidaysCareer growth within a stable and growing organization
