As an integral member of our Operations team, the candidate will support a variety of workstreams including technical project management, strategic operations, site management, and high-impact ad hoc projects. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated a track record of excellence with an ability to deliver in a self-directed entrepreneurial environment.\r\nThe core responsibilities of this job will be\r\nTechnical project management (50%): You will be a part of the R&D efforts to ensure we are delivering best-in-class execution. This individual will act as the technical facilitator between multiple groups distilling requirements, working with project leads and group managers to ensure they meet project deliverables.\r\nStrategic Operations (20%): Supporting the company across a variety of operational initiatives. These can include inventory management, finance modeling, and site improvements.\r\nFacility Management (15%): Ensure that we are maintaining a world-class and safe workplace.\r\nContinuous Improvement & Ad Hoc Projects (15%): Continuous improvement projects that contribute to different company objectives.\r\nExperience and Qualifications\r\nPart of Terray's success is nurtured by a hands-on work environment where everyone is accountable, vested in a vision of excellence, and actively taking part in the success of the business. Senior Manager level: $160,000 - $194,000 annually. Dependent on experience. Terray's salary ranges are designed to be competitive and are benchmarked against market base salary plus bonus within our industry and market.
