As we rapidly expand our operations, we're growing a team to oversee our prototype systems' integration and verification activities.\r\nThe Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Systems Integration Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for the successful development, testing, and deployment of our cutting-edge laser-based wafer manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with complex electro-mechanical and optomechanical hardware, including lasers, motion stages, and control electronics. The candidate will be detail-oriented, with the ability to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues bringing new products from concept to production release. This role is for you if you're passionate about developing laser based capital equipment and meet some of the qualifications outlined below.\r\nResponsibilities Perform hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis across electrical, mechanical, optical and controls domains.\r\nBuild and modify experimental electronic, electro-mechanical, electro-optical devices and test fixtures for laboratory proof-of-concept projects.\r\nCollaborate with cross functional teams – including mechanical, electrical, optical, and software engineers to resolve integration and performance issues.\r\nContribute to design and readiness reviews, providing feedback focused on hardware testability, manufacturability, and serviceability.\r\nDocument processes accurately, including material requests, quality issues, efficiency tracking, and measurement reporting.\r\nSupport engineers in test instrumentation and data acquisition. Assemble, perform, inspect, and document high-precision mechanical tests. Conducting experiments, prototype manufacturing, and product demonstrations as directed by R&D engineers.\r\nSupport management in the procurement, purchase, and installation of new equipment.\r\nBuild and wire prototype industrial semiconductor processing tools.
