In this role, you'll build relationships with brokers and TPO accounts, help them grow their business, and drive loan production by expanding existing accounts and onboarding new ones. This position offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to grow your career.What You'll DoBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokers and TPO accounts nationwideIdentify and onboard qualified new broker/TPO accountsConduct sales meetings to assess fit and uncover opportunityTrain clients on EPM systems, products, guidelines, and updatesServe as the liaison between accounts and EPM operations teamsLeverage CRM tools for outreach, marketing, and client managementActively manage your pipeline to meet and exceed sales goalsWhat You Bring3+ years of mortgage industry experience (loan officer, mortgage banker, or wholesale AE)Minimum 2 years as a Wholesale Account ExecutiveHigh school diploma required, college degree preferredProven track record of building and growing business relationshipsWorking knowledge of wholesale lending, loan programs, and regulationsProficiency with LOS, CRM, and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, time management, and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated, dependable, and results-drivenEPM is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
