Media Prep Lab Services Associate Technician

We are hiring a Lab Services / Media Prep Technician to support our Media Prep and Lab Services team in a fast-paced biotech/life sciences environment. This role is responsible for preparing laboratory media, buffers, reagents, glassware cleaning/sterilization, inventory support, and campus deliveries using a company vehicle.This is a hands-on onsite role ideal for candidates with lab support, media prep, glasswash, or biotech operations experience.Key Responsibilities:Prepare microbiological media, tissue culture media, buffers, and reagentsClean, sterilize, prepare, and distribute lab glassware/equipmentOperate autoclaves, washers, ovens, tanks, and benchtop equipmentMaintain stock/inventory levels using FIFO practicesDeliver and pick up glassware/materials across campus using company vehicleComplete documentation in compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and safety standardsSupport process improvements and 5S initiativesCommunicate updates to supervisors and internal customersRequired Qualifications:BS/BA in Life Sciences OR equivalent experience3+ years of relevant lab operations / media prep / glassware support experienceValid driver's license with clean driving record (MVR required)Experience in GMP / SOP environmentsBasic Microsoft Word / Excel skillsAbility to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periodsStrong teamwork and communication skillsSchedule:Monday–Friday12:30 PM – 9:00 PMFlexibility required during training period (earlier shift possible)Work Model:100% OnsiteAdditional Info:Steel-toe, non-slip boots required by start date (reimbursed)
