The ideal candidate ensures a welcoming experience for our clients.\n\nHere's what we are looking for:\n\nAbility to follow our proven processes to ensure excellent client experiences and to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program.\nThe right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.\nEnthusiastic communicator with a genuine passion for creating memorable client interactions\nReliable transportation and attendance\n\nResponsibilities\nDrive exceptional client experiences using our innovative Service Path, strategically connecting clients with personalized wellness solutions including memberships, gift cards, and tailored service upgrades.\nMaintain a clean and organized reception/lobby area, ensuring it is always presentable to clients, this will include assisting in light cleaning duties.\nBe a team-player who is respectful, kind and thoughtful.
