Since 2005, it has served thousands of families across 11 states by delivering personalized ABA therapy tailored to each child’s strengths, needs, and goals.About the OpportunityThe Client Services & Onboarding Operations Manager leads and optimizes the client onboarding experience from referral through active service delivery. This role manages a team of Client Services professionals while driving performance, accountability, and continuous operational improvement.The position also leverages technology, automation, and data analytics to streamline workflows, improve the client experience, and support efficient service activation in a high-growth environment.Responsibilities• Lead and optimize client onboarding and operational processes, including intake, authorizations, and service activation• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Client Services professionals• Establish performance standards, accountability measures, and continuous improvement initiatives• Use AI-enabled automation and analytics to streamline the client service lifecycle• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements• Support organizational adoption of new technologies and workflows• Monitor operational performance and use data to identify trends and improvement opportunities• Ensure client information is handled securely and in accordance with applicable requirementsRequirements• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience with 4–6+ years of experience in client services, healthcare operations, customer success, onboarding, healthcare administration, or a related field• 2+ years of people management experience, including performance management and team development• Experience successfully leading distributed or offshore teams• Proven experience managing operational processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and change management related to enterprise software implementations• Experience using AI and automation tools to optimize workflows while maintaining data integrity and security• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational adoption of new technologies and manage resistance to change• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills• Ability to handle sensitive client information with professionalism and discretion• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, remote, high-growth environmentPay Range and Compensation Package• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $85,000Benefits & Perks• Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance• 401(k) program with company match• Paid vacation and holidays• Cell phone stipend to support daily workEqual Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
