We are seeking a technically capable individual to support equipment applications, aftermarket needs, and technical problem solving across the full lifecycle of our products.This role is well suited for:An experienced industrial refrigeration or HVAC R technician ready to move into a technical office-based role, orAn engineer who has worked in manufacturing, field service support, or industrial refrigeration environments.The work is primarily office based. You will not be dispatched for routine field service; however, practical field experience is essential. The role requires sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to apply real world experience to equipment selection, troubleshooting, and customer support.You will work closely with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and customers to ensure RVS equipment is applied correctly, supported accurately, and performs as intended.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Applications & Equipment SupportSupport the proper application of RVS equipment through review of specifications, drawings, and system requirementsProvide technical input on equipment selection and system configuration based on industrial refrigeration and HVAC R principlesAssist with troubleshooting questions related to equipment operation, controls, and system performanceParticipate in root cause analysis for equipment or quality concerns and support corrective actionsAftermarket & Order ManagementPrepare accurate and timely quotations for new equipment, replacement parts, and aftermarket servicesReview new equipment and aftermarket orders for technical accuracy, completeness, and functional intentAssist in coordinating paid and warranty related field service supportSales & Customer InteractionServe as a technical resource for RVS outside sales representatives and customersCommunicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external contactsBuild strong working relationships through responsive, accurate, and practical supportIndustry & Field ExposureTravel periodically (approximately 10%) to customer sites, sales offices, and industry meetingsParticipate in relevant industrial refrigeration and HVAC R trade associations as neededQualifications & ExperienceThis role may be filled by candidates with either technical field experience or formal engineering education.
