This role keeps projects organized and moving — managing documentation, coordinating communication between field and office, and supporting the Project Manager and Superintendent throughout the project lifecycle.\n\n*WHAT YOU'LL DO*\n\n_Project Support & Coordination_\n\n- Support Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project administration and coordination\n\n- Coordinate communication and scheduling between project management, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors\n\n- Assist with subcontractor and vendor coordination, including scope confirmation and delivery tracking\n\n- Help resolve scheduling conflicts and administrative issues affecting project progress\n\n_Documentation & Reporting_\n\n- Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, and change order documentation\n\n- Maintain accurate project records, meeting minutes, and daily reports\n\n- Support project scheduling updates and look-ahead planning\n\n- Assist with closeout documentation, including as-builts and warranty logs\n\n_Administrative Support_\n\n- Maintain organized project files and document control systems\n\n- Support budget tracking, invoicing, and progress billing documentation as needed\n\n- Coordinate meeting logistics and distribute meeting notes to stakeholders\n\n- Complete other administrative duties as assigned to support project execution\n\n*WHY THIS ROLE*\n\n- Direct, hands-on exposure to how construction projects run end to end — a strong foundation for growth into Project Engineer or Project Manager roles\n\n- Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors on active job sites\n\n- Full benefits: 401(k) 4% matching, medical/dental/vision, PTO, Sick Time\n\n*WHAT YOU BRING*\n\nRequired:\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent construction/administrative experience\n\n- 1-3 years of experience in a construction, project administration, or coordination role (entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills will also be considered)\n\n- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel\n\n- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail\n\n- Strong written and verbal communication skills\n\n_Preferred:_\n\n- Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, ACC or similar)\n\n- Prior experience supporting RFIs, submittals, or change order processes\n\n- Experience with scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project)\n\n*WORK ENVIRONMENT*\n\nPrimarily office-based with regular time on active construction job sites. May require occasional extended hours depending on project demands.
