We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.\n\n*Position Overview*\n\nThe Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides non-medical personal care and RN-delegated tasks within their scope of practice. CNAs support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in compliance with Oregon Health Authority (OAR 333-536) and Oregon State Board of Nursing standards.\n\n*Key Responsibilities*\n\n* Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene\n* Support mobility, transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices\n* Provide feeding assistance, hydration reminders, and meal preparation\n* Perform light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and appointment accompaniment\n* Provide medication reminders (no administration unless RN-delegated)\n* Observe, document, and report changes in client condition\n* Follow infection control, safety, emergency, and HIPAA guidelines\n* Maintain professionalism, reliability, and client dignity\n\n*Qualifications*\n\n*Required:*\n\n* Active Oregon CNA certification in good standing\n* Ability to pass criminal background and fitness determination\n* Completion of agency orientation and required training\n* CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)\n* Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes\n* Effective communication skills in English\n\n*Preferred:*\n\n* Experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care\n* Dementia care, hospice, or mobility assistance experience\n* Bilingual or multilingual abilities\n\n*What We’re Looking For*\n\n* Compassionate, patient, and dependable caregivers\n* Strong observation, documentation, and communication skills\n* Ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standardsFlexibility in scheduling and assignments\n\n*Working Conditions*\n\nCare is provided in private homes with varying environments.
