As such, there is a high level of expectation for all team members.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nSomeone that can partner and influence at all different levels\nNot afraid to get out into a manufacturing operations environment to work shoulder-to-shoulder with plant leadership to resolve problems and challenges.\nAbility to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a fast moving environment\nExpectations will be clearly set, but an ambitious approach to the work is key\nAbility to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.\nA relentless drive to get things done.\nCurious and entrepreneurial mindset.\nEnjoys working in a highly collaborative and supportive team environment\nFlexible, willing, and quick to learn new processes, new technology, and new ways of thinking.\nWhat’s The Job?\nThe Machine Operator is responsible for food manufacturing and processing in an assembly line.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing, Stop Scanning and Read This Part\nThis position operates an automated machine on a food production line and produces food products within specifications as required on the daily schedule\nResponsible for producing food products within the specified quality requirements\nFollows and promotes Food Safety and practicing and enforcing all GMPs and appropriate food defense techniques\nMonitors products as they are produced to ensure high quality and that product meets all specifications\nPerforms duties in a safe manner and comply with all regulations and company policies\nCleans and sanitizes the production area in the facility\nInforms supervisor and/or manager of any equipment malfunctions or other production issues as they arise\nMust be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays upon occasion\nOther duties as assigned\nWhat You’ve Done And Who You Are\nMinimum High school diploma or equivalent\nMechanically inclined\n1 year of previous machine operator experience\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals\nKnowledge of manufacturing procedures and operations preferred\nExperience and desire to support a culture built on collaboration, sharing of ideas and celebration of successes as well as drive for positive outcomes with cross-functional teams.\nWork with supervisor to create standard operating procedures and training documentation\nExperience and desire to support a culture built on collaboration, sharing of ideas and celebration of successes as well as drive for positive outcomes with cross-functional teams.\nWhy You Might Like Working Here\nThis is going to be fun.\nCasual, friendly culture.
