Our mission is to provide best in class design solutions, cost and schedule assurance, and ensure seamless project execution for our clients.What We Offer:Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with 3% company contributionResponsible paid time off13 paid holidaysOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA collaborative and supportive work environmentEmployee Profit Share Program (non-traditional)The position of Project Manager reports to the Director, Construction and acts as the key role in managing the scope of work, cost control and schedule control throughout the construction phase of the Innspace process.Role & Responsibilities:Collaborate with Project team members to align on schedule, cost, and scopeEstimating and material take-offs, Scope of Work creationPerform Site SurveysManage meeting agendas and minutes followed up by proactive task follow upSubcontractor Invite to Bid package setup; Set up and host Subcontractor Job WalksManage Subcontractor qualification processBid leveling and scope gap mitigationReview Hotel Brand guidelines and ensure conformity in design and cost alignmentRecommend value engineering solutions to achieve project profitabilitySchedule creation and management in the pre-construction phaseAwareness of potential risks and recommend mitigation strategiesCreate phasing plans, logistics plans & site safety layoutsResearch local city permitting process and ensure local building code compliancyManage allowances and contingenciesManage change ordersPrepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actionsDetermine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from contractorsContribute to team effort by aligning with Innspace valuesInnovate the Innspace methodology.
