This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build specialized experience in structural materials, laboratory testing, data analysis, and technical reporting while supporting important statewide materials functions. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is best suited for someone who can work with minimal supervision, follow established testing procedures, and contribute in a technical environment involving chemistry, concrete, corrosion, and materials-durability testing. This position is expected to be a long-term opportunity for the right person. It offers the chance to perform advanced laboratory work, support internal research initiatives, assist with technical document development, and work alongside experienced professionals in a highly specialized setting. Occasional overnight travel is required. Work is performed on-site in Gainesville.
