Look no further than PathPoint's Project SEARCH team!\nPathPoint is seeking part-time Direct Support Professionals to join our Project SEARCH team at St. John's Regional Medical Center in Oxnard, CA . Project SEARCH is a unique one-year internship program that enables adults with developmental disabilities to learn invaluable job skills in a competitive work setting. In this role, you will coach and support interns with disabilities as they work through internship rotations, helping them develop skills and confidence for regular employment when their internships end. This position is part-time for 15 hours per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:00am-3:30pm.\nAbout PathPoint: PathPoint is a nonprofit dedicated to helping people flourish. We partner with children, adults, and families to foster hope, build life skills, access support systems, and form meaningful relationships. We serve communities across Kern, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties.\nCompensation: This is an hourly, non-exempt position starting at $22.25 per hour. If you are bilingual (Spanish or ASL), the starting wage is $22.55 per hour and the pay range is $21.14-$23.36.
