This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining small engines and related components used in compact tracked machinery, including performing routine service, inspections, and preventative maintenance. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, ordering or installing parts, and documenting work performed in service records and systems. The technician collaborates with internal staff and dealer partners to provide technical support, answer product and service questions, and help resolve equipment issues in a timely manner.
