As the Kitchen Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared according to established recipes and procedures and is of the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with the General Manager to manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Your leadership and expertise will be critical in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.\r\nMinimum Qualifications\r\n5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen environment\r\nProven track record of success in a leadership role\r\nStrong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices\r\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\r\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment\r\nAbility to stand for extended periods\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nFood handlers license\r\nExperience with inventory management and ordering\r\nExperience with staff scheduling and management\r\nResponsibilities\r\nOversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning\r\nProviding supervision to all kitchen staff.\r\nResponsible for making sure the kitchen is staffed appropriately in coordination with the General Manager\r\nResponsible for food preparation according to established recipes and procedures.\r\nManage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels\r\nEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines\r\nTrain and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed\r\nMaintains cleanliness in the kitchen work area, dining room area, food preparation area, refrigerator, walk-in, freezer and pantry.\r\nEnsures all kitchen equipment is operating properly and is used properly to ensure safety in the kitchen.\r\nSkills\r\nAs the Kitchen Lead, you will utilize your strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills on a daily basis. You will also use your expertise in food safety and sanitation practices to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards and according to company practices.
