Retail Sales Associate

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right wireless devices, plans, and accessories for their needs. We are seeking someone energetic, customer-focused, and driven to succeed in sales. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance with wireless devices, plans, and accessories Demonstrate products and explain features clearly to help customers make informed decisions Process sales transactions using the POS system, including cash and card payments Upsell additional products, accessories, and services to enhance the customer experience Maintain clean and organized merchandise displays and keep shelves fully stocked Assist with inventory and restocking of products on the sales floor Handle customer questions in person and over the phone with professional phone etiquette Perform basic retail math for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts Support the team with daily store operations and maintain a positive team environment Requirements Previous retail or sales experience preferred (electronics or wireless experience is a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to explain product features and benefits in a clear and engaging way Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling is a plus Knowledge of merchandising and stocking procedures Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment Positive attitude, reliability, and strong motivation to meet sales goals Why Join Us Opportunity to grow in a fast-growing wireless retail environment Supportive team culture Hands-on sales and customer service experience Career growth opportunities within the company Join Total Wireless and help customers stay connected while building your career in retail sales!
