We value clarity over complexity, quality over shortcuts, and learning as a core part of growth.ROLE OVERVIEW The Associate Product Manager, Digital Marketing is an early-career practitioner responsible for the day-to-day execution and operational management of content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Working under the guidance of a senior product or digital marketing leader, this role supports client transition to AEM Cloud — owning direct content authoring while contributing to the standards, workflows, and enablement infrastructure that allow marketing teams to self-serve at scale. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content operations, or product — through internships, school programs, or early professional roles — who wants hands-on exposure to a real migration, real delivery, and a fast-moving marketing technology environment.WHAT YOU’LL DO Build, edit, and publish pages using AEM-designed templates across campaign, landing, and evergreen contentManage content scheduling and publishing workflows to ensure accurate, on-time delivery Support migration of content from legacy systems to AEM Cloud Perform visual QA, validating layout, links, components, and functionalityPartner with product and engineering teams to surface and resolve migration issuesContribute to AEM authoring best practices including page structure and naming conventionsHelp establish QA checklists and publishing standards to ensure consistency across digital experiencesAssist in developing playbook materials including documentation, how-to guides, and recorded walkthroughsSupport training of stakeholders and new authors on AEM workflowsAct as a reliable resource for authoring support, troubleshooting, and intake coordinationWHAT YOU BRING 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content operations, product, or a related field (internships, apprenticeships, or entry-level roles welcome)Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platformsBasic understanding of web content structure, components, and UX best practicesExposure to digital marketing campaigns and content workflowsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and organizational disciplineCuriosity, accountability, and a willingness to build process — not just follow itWHY THRESHCompetitive salary with performance-based bonus Comprehensive healthcare benefits 401(k) with company matchingHands-on mentorship from experienced Product ManagersExposure to modern product practices and AI-enabled deliveryA supportive, low-ego culture focused on learning and growthEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERIndividual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including internal equity, market data, the candidate’s qualifications- including but not limited to specialty skills, prior relevant industry experience, relevant degrees or certifications. The salary range estimate below is inclusive of all departments, and offered salaries may vary within the given range between departments. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this level is $80,000 to $125,000 annualized and other competitive benefits.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
